PRAGUE 1989

Touring Prague--through a store window, looking at giant photos of the bloodless revolution of 1989, when Czechs regained their freedom from the Communist bloc.  Reflecting (literally) on my heritage and the cost to my own family of resisting totalitarian regimes.  Two worlds face each other.  The displayed photo is Communist/Russian soldiers hiding behind shields and helmets, confronting peacefully protesting students.
